Let me explain about your diet…In diet, there are two ways of regulating a diet...First is by using the plate method and the second one is using the cup portion to calculate the amount of calories that we eat... But for me it is much easier by using the method plate …
We just need to divide the plate into five parts…2/5 of the plate must be filled with starchy food like rice, pasta, potatoes and noodle. Another 2/5 of the plate to be filled with fruits and vegetables and 1/5 of plate to be filled with meat, fish and chicken…The essential of this principle is that they follow a balanced diet and to do this they can refer to the food pyramid… So starting from now on we should practice this way in order to stay healthy.
As today we were learned about the balanced diet, so I would like to give some advices regarding to this:
Do not miss a meal
Try to avoid a fast food
Eats a lot of non-starchy vegetable
GOLDEN MIND: pericarditis = inflammation of heart
Syncope = faint
Mortem = death
