fiuhh…after a stressful bio-chem class, we need to rush to the up stairs in order to continue the lessons with another class…A subject that I am always waiting for , English... It is an interesting subject although the teacher, Miss Dila looks like a little bit strict…
However, Miss Dila is a kind hearted person…hehehe...Actually today; Miss Dila had promised us to give some food as to celebrate of her achievement in her result…I am very respect of her because Miss Dila because her name is one in the dean`s list…How smart is she…That is why I am so excited…but not only me felt like that…the whole class felt the same…
As Miss Dila entered the class, all the students looked at her with a smiling faces and full of hope… BUT too bad as Miss Dila did not bring anything…huuhuu…So the class just began as usual…

Yea...A new topic...Actually in this chapter we would learn about the pressure that we need to face soon as a doctor especially the doctor who’s in charge in Emergency Department. In this stressful conditions, a doctor need to think positively and always be calm…DO NOT panic easily and be afraid... As a doctor we need to be rational and understanding towards the patients…
Besides, we also learned about the communication skill using the telephone in a foreign language...
• If we do not understand, do not hesitate to ask. A misunderstanding could cost a life.
• If the person is speaking too fast immediately ask him/her to slow down
• As the person is speaking, repeat what is being said.
At the end of the class session, Miss Dila`s phone rang…After she off the phone, she went outside for a while…As she entered the class, an orange plastic bags was in her hand… A little bit surprise…As what she promised to us…
